Information for assistants

Qualification requirement and prerequisite for nurses and assistants of isa-group:

Age of 18 year of life

Nationality does not matter, but a good knowledge of German language in speech and writing – such as additional languages English is essential

Positive and respectful attitude in dealing with people, regardless of age
Health and mental fitness
Assistants for tourists and business travelers need some knowledge in additional foreign languages

Assistants and nurses are bound to secrecy – in disregard of exclusion from Team

Assistant practice, training, courses, and training for personal assistants would be an advantage (egKinaesthetics, communication training …)
24-hour nurses must have a corresponding training (eg diploma, home help, medical training)

Labor laws, depending on the operating mode or service contract must be adhered to (such as hours of work breaks, night rest, weekend services …)

Display of self-employment tax for social security number and a request for the relevant tax office

Registration of the trade is with the competent commercial authority (district or magistrate) needed

With the registration of a business liability insurance automatically created with the Social SecurityInstitution for Trade and Economics and a member of the Chamber of Commerce

isa-group membership required!
Payments will be until a month following successful contract due!
